What they do
Saman works with manufacturing employers that have decided to hire women onto shop floors and then discover the building, the shift roster and the supervisor training were all built for a workforce that was entirely male. Engagements usually start with a site diagnostic and end with a rewritten shift and safety policy that the plant can actually run.
They publish their diagnostic instrument openly and will train an internal team to run it without them.
